Where can I buy Wan Hua noodles?
In the refrigerated section of the grocery stores on our Where to Buy page. Selection varies by store, so call ahead to check what's in stock.
Do you sell online?
No. Our noodles are sold through grocery stores, distributors and food service partners.
Are the noodles already cooked?
No. Our noodles are only pre-cooked, so they need to be heated in a stir-fry, soup or sauce.
How long do the noodles keep?
Up to 45 days refrigerated at 45°F or below from the date made, in the unopened vacuum-sealed pack. Food service 10 lb bags of Chow Mein and Stir-Fry noodles keep 30 days. All of our noodles may be frozen.
Which noodles contain egg?
Only our Chow Mein (Hong Kong Egg Steam) Noodles. All of our noodles contain wheat and soy.
Are your noodles gluten-free?
No. All of our noodles are made with wheat flour.
What is the process for wholesale enrollment?
